A multi-risk insurance policy specifically tailored for owner-direct holiday rentals

All of our holiday rentals are eligible for coverage through the optional ADAR+ insurance policy negotiated with Europ Assistance and managed by the insurance brokers, Albinet.

This policy is specifically tailored for owner-direct holiday rentals. For a modest fee (5% of the rental fee), it provides you with essential coverage* for a worry-free holiday.

Please note: to submit a claim for property noncompliance, you must possess a hard copy of the advert as it appeared on the booking date.
